I don’t consider myself a coffee snob, but I do consider myself a person who’s greatly appreciative of a good cup of coffee… and maybe sometimes a little bit too eager for my next one! Here are my latest reflections on coffee. First of all, I moved to Seattle. The birthplace of Starbucks, this is a city that’s full of independent coffee roasters.
